Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power Press Operator to operate power press machines for sheet metal components as per production requirements, drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor power press machines safely and efficiently.
- Set and operate dies, tools and fixtures as per job requirements.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform punching, bending, blanking and other sheet metal operations.
- Check components for dimensions, appearance and quality during production.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer and gauges.
- Maintain production output and minimize rejection and material wastage.
- Identify machine, tool or die-related issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures and company rules.
- Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
- Complete production and rejection records as required.





Required Skills & Experience

- ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Power Press Operator / Press Machine Operator.
- Experience in sheet metal or engineering manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of power press operation, dies and sheet metal components.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Good knowledge of machine and workplace safety.
