Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring for the position of F&B; Associate – Waiter / Waitress.

JOB TITLE: F&B; Associate – Waiter / Waitress
DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
SALARY: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused F&B; Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with seating and table arrangements.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
- Handle guest requests, queries, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and management for smooth operations.
- Assist with reservations and guest inquiries when required.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations as required.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Support the team during busy service periods.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, welcoming,



and qualified personality.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
- Previous experience in F&B; / restaurant / hotel operations will be an advantage.
- Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
