Mandatory Requirements
10–15 years of total experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy projects.
Proven experience in independently handling large-scale solar projects of 80 MW or above. Strong experience in end-to-end project execution from mobilization to commissioning and handover.
Experience managing multiple teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Robust knowledge of solar EPC project execution, including civil, electrical, module installation, HT/LT systems, evacuation, testing, and commissioning.
Strong project planning, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling clients, consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
