Fabrication Fitter (Trailer Body & Chassis Fitter)
Role Summary: Reading engineering blueprints to lay out, align, tack-welding, and assemble complete trailer chassis, axles, suspension systems, and body superstructures.
Key Responsibilities:

Interpreting 2D/3D trailer fabrication drawings, assembly BOMs, and alignment tolerances.
•
Laying out and assembling main chassis frames (longitudinal beams, cross-members, kingpin assembly, bumper guards).
•
Precise fitting and alignment of suspension hangers, axle mounting seats, twist locks, and landing legs.
•
Tack-welding assembled components while maintaining squareness, diagonal tolerance, and pitch alignment.
Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 Years strictly in Trailer Manufacturing (Flatbed, Skeletal, Tip-Trailer, Low-Bed). Note: General structural line/building structure experience is strictly not applicable. ITI/Diploma in Fitter or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
