Sr. Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud & Agentforce

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Omni-Channel, integrations, and Agentforce. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating external systems, and working in security- and compliance-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning App Builder.
- Build custom components for the Service Console and configure Service Cloud & Omni-Channel.
- Implement Agentforce / Einstein Copilot / Agent Builder capabilities, including custom actions, topics, instructions, prompt templates, and Flow-based actions.
- Design custom objects, schemas, record types, validation rules, field-level security, and custom metadata.
- Develop Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, External Services, Platform Events, CDC, and Apex REST.
- Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Data Extensions, Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect, and SFMC REST APIs.
- Implement Salesforce security features including sharing rules, permission sets, encrypted fields, Shield Platform Encryption, and Field Audit Trail.
- Develop test classes and maintain 75%+ code coverage.
- Support deployments using SFDX, DevOps Center/Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize Salesforce Console and screen-pop performance,



targeting 2-second render time on call connect.
- Collaborate with business, QA, integration, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Must-Have Skills

- 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce Development
- Solid Apex, Triggers, Batch, Queueable & Async Apex
- Excellent SOQL/SOSL, governor limits & bulkification
- Strong LWC & Lightning App Builder
- Hands-on Service Cloud & Omni-Channel
- Experience with Open CTI / Salesforce CTI Adapter / Softphone layouts
- Hands-on Agentforce / Einstein Copilot / Agent Builder
- Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, Named Credentials
- Marketing Cloud / SFMC integration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security & data model
- Experience with SFDX/DevOps Center/Copado, Git & CI/CD
- Strong testing and debugging skills

Good to Have

- Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud
- Patient, consent, and care-program data models
- TCPA/HIPAA consent-gating experience
- Salesforce Fax or document-generation integrations
- Human-in-the-loop approval workflows
- PHI handling and HIPAA minimum-necessary principles
- Experience with validated / CSV-governed SDLC environments
- Experience with audit trails and compliance-driven Salesforce implementations

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud + Agentforce, along with integration, security, performance optimization, and CI/CD experience.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
