Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Accountant to join our firm. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and day-to-day financial operations.

The candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally or other accounting software and should be comfortable using contemporary accounting technology and software features. Candidates with prior experience working in an accounting firm, CA firm, tax consultancy, or similar professional environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and other accounting entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain party ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Work efficiently on Tally or other accounting software.
- Handle data entry, ledger creation, voucher entries, and accounting adjustments.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other taxation-related accounting work.
- Prepare and maintain financial and accounting reports.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Verify accounting data and identify discrepancies or incorrect entries.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Work with Excel and other office/accounting applications as required.
- Coordinate with clients or internal team members for accounting-related information and documentation.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting work.

Required Skills:

- Strong practical knowledge of Tally or any other professional accounting software is mandatory.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Candidate should be technically sound and comfortable learning and using different accounting software and technology.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and basic taxation procedures is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer operations.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently handle routine accounting work.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience is required.

Candidates having experience with an accounting firm, CA firm, tax consultancy, or similar organization will be given preference.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates from a Commerce background will be given priority.

B.Com, M.Com, or candidates with other relevant accounting qualifications are preferred.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who has practical accounting experience rather than only theoretical knowledge. The candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software, should understand its features and technology, and should be willing to learn new software and digital accounting processes.

Candidates should be responsible, detail-oriented, technically capable, and able to handle accounting work with accuracy and minimum supervision.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
