Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to manage our digital marketing, generate quality leads and improve our online visibility.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads for lead generation and conversions.
- Develop and test audiences, creatives and ad campaigns.
- Track and optimise CPL, CTR, conversions and ROAS.
- Manage SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and website rankings.
- Use Google Analytics & Search Console to track performance.
- Plan SEO content and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Monitor competitors and latest digital marketing trends.
- Prepare easy weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the creative and sales teams to improve lead quality.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing & SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Shopify/WordPress, SEMrush/Ahrefs or Google Tag Manager is a plus.
