Naval Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Senior IT Program & Training Executive to promote the company’s training programs and courses among students and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for visiting colleges and institutions, conducting counselling sessions, creating awareness about relevant courses and career opportunities, and converting interested candidates into prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior IT Program & Training Executive will visit colleges, universities, coaching centres, and other educational institutions to conduct student counselling and awareness sessions. The role involves understanding students’ career interests, explaining suitable training programs and courses offered by the company, and providing accurate information regarding course benefits, eligibility, duration, and career opportunities.

The candidate will build relationships with institutions, placement coordinators, faculty members, and students to generate potential leads. They will follow up with interested candidates, maintain lead records,



coordinate with the internal team, and support the enrolment process.

The role also requires regular field visits, participation in seminars, workshops, career-awareness programs, and institutional events whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have good communication, presentation, counselling, and interpersonal skills. A confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty members, and institutional representatives is preferred.

Graduates from any discipline can apply. Candidates with experience in student counselling, education sales, business development, institutional visits, training program promotion, or career counselling will be preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel can also apply.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
