We're Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE) / Freight Broker

Well Cargo LLC is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven BDEs/Freight Brokers to join our growing US freight brokerage team.

Whether you're a have 6 months–1+ year of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, trucking, or sales, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

- Generate new leads and connect with potential shippers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate freight rates and close deals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain and grow your customer pipeline.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and comfortable with sales calls.
- Strong work ethic and a target-oriented mindset.
- Experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, trucking, or B2B sales is a plus.
