Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative VFX Trainer to provide practical, industry-oriented training to students and aspiring VFX professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in visual effects, compositing, 3D, motion graphics, and VFX production workflows.

The trainer should be able to explain concepts clearly and provide hands-on training through real-world projects and industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct VFX training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, exercises, and project assignments.
- Provide hands-on practical training using real-world VFX production scenarios.
- Teach fundamental and advanced VFX concepts, including:
- VFX Fundamentals and Production Workflow
- Compositing
- Rotoscopy
- Keying and Matte Creation
- Tracking and Match Moving
- Green Screen / Chroma Key
- Color Correction and Color Grading
- 2D and 3D Compositing
- Motion Graphics
- 3D Modeling and Texturing
- Lighting and Rendering
- Visual Effects Simulation
- Camera Tracking
- Set Extension and Environment Creation
- CGI Integration
- Video Editing and Post-Production
- Provide hands-on training using industry-standard VFX software.
- Guide students through portfolio development and real-time VFX projects.
- Explain professional VFX pipelines and production workflows.
- Conduct practical assignments, assessments, and project reviews.
- Provide feedback on student work and help improve technical and creative skills.
- Teach industry best practices for creating high-quality VFX shots.




- Prepare students for VFX studio interviews and production environments.

Software / Tools

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Nuke
- Autodesk Maya
- 3ds Max
- Blender
- Houdini
- ZBrush
- Substance 3D Painter
- Unreal Engine
- DaVinci Resolve
- Other industry-standard VFX and animation tools

Requirements

- Robust hands-on experience in VFX, Compositing, Animation, or Post-Production.
- Prior experience as a VFX Artist, Compositor, 3D Artist, Motion Graphics Artist, VFX Trainer, or Instructor.
- Good understanding of VFX production pipelines.
- Strong practical knowledge of relevant VFX software.
- Ability to create and demonstrate professional-quality VFX projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical and creative concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Professional VFX studio/project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on film, television, advertising, gaming, or digital media projects.
- Knowledge of both 2D and 3D VFX workflows.
- Experience with green-screen compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, and keying.
- Knowledge of CGI, lighting, rendering, and 3D workflows.
- Experience creating VFX portfolios and showreels.
- Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate teams.
- Ability to conduct online and classroom training.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
