Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with solid knowledge of accounting and financial management, preferably with experience in the travel and tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, GST/TDS compliance, financial records, reporting, and accounts finalization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other required filings.
- Handle ITR filing and related documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor client payments, supplier payments, and outstanding balances.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts finalization and coordinate with auditors/consultants.
- Prepare budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and support cost-control activities.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Travel industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in accounts finalization and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple financial activities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling accounts for a travel agency / tour operator.
- Knowledge of travel-related billing, supplier settlements, advances, refunds, and client collections.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage the accounts function.
