About Us

Gotails is a Nagpur-based pet care brand making cat litter and pet shampoos, with a pet food range coming soon. We sell through online marketplaces and our own website, gotails.in, and we're growing fast. We're looking for an e-commerce executive who can keep orders moving from the warehouse to the customer without delays.

Role Overview

You'll manage the full dispatch cycle for our e-commerce orders: processing orders, packing, courier coordination, tracking and handling returns. You'll work closely with our warehouse and sales teams to keep deliveries on time and customer complaints low.

Key Responsibilities

- Process daily orders from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and our website
- Plan and manage dispatches, and ensure orders are packed correctly and shipped within SLA
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners, and handle pickups and delays
- Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on status
- Manage returns, replacements and damage or loss claims with courier partners
- Maintain dispatch records,



inventory updates and daily MIS reports
- Keep marketplace seller panels up to date (order status, stock, listings, ratings)
- Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability, packaging material and labelling
- Resolve customer queries related to delivery and order issues

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics or e-commerce order fulfilment
- Hands-on experience with marketplace seller portals and shipping aggregators
- Good knowledge of courier operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Graduate in any stream (preferred)

Good to Have

- Experience with E-commerce
- Familiarity with GST invoicing and e-way bills
- Experience with inventory or ERP software
