Job Description

Job responsibilities will include:

Key Requirements

Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to joining.

Understand hiring requirements from Academy, Sales, Coaching, Operations and Corporate teams.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and recruitment networks.

Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and negotiations.

Handle offer rollout, documentation and joining formalities.

Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring and critical positions.

Coordinate with HR/management for onboarding and joining.

Track recruitment metrics such as TAT,



source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and hiring cost.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably handling end-to-end hiring.

Strong experience in volume hiring and multiple-position recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong candidate sourcing and networking ability.

Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

-
Highly organised, target-oriented and deadline-driven.

-
Ability to work independently in a Work From Home setting.

Sports, Education, EdTech, academy, or Startup recruitment experience preferred.
