Job Title: Wireman – Solar EPC

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Wireman / Electrical Technician to join our solar EPC team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform electrical wiring and cable termination for solar PV systems.

* Install and connect solar panels, inverters, AC/DC cables, DBs, junction boxes, and other electrical equipment.

* Carry out AC and DC wiring as per electrical drawings and site requirements.

* Perform cable laying, dressing, glanding, lugging, and termination.

* Assist with installation and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.

* Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and wiring issues.

* Coordinate with site engineers and other installation team members.

* Maintain proper quality and neatness of electrical work at project sites.





* Perform routine inspection and maintenance of installed solar systems.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in electrical or solar installation preferred.

* Basic knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.

* Knowledge of cable termination, MCB/MCCB, DBs, earthing, and electrical safety.

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

* Ability to work at heights and in outdoor/site conditions.

* Freshers with relevant ITI qualification may also apply.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in solar installation or EPC projects.

* Knowledge of solar inverters and AC/DC protection systems.

* Positive troubleshooting skills.

* Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

* Ability to work as part of a team.

Location: Surat

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
