Senior Marketing Advisor – Brand & Business Growth

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per Month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop overall marketing and brand-building strategies.

Identify new ideas and opportunities to improve business and sales.

Build and strengthen the company's online and offline brand presence.

Develop content strategy for social media, website, blogs, videos and other platforms.

Plan campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Research competitors, market trends and customer needs.

Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities.

Support business development, partnerships and sales initiatives.

Develop ideas for events, exhibitions, networking, PR and offline promotions.

Work with sales, content, design and marketing teams to execute strategies.

Review the company's website and online presence and recommend improvements.

Monitor marketing results and provide practical recommendations to management.

Continuously bring new creative ideas for brand growth, customer acquisition and business development.





Prepare regular marketing and business-growth reports for management.

The main expectation:

The candidate should think beyond just advertising or social media and help answer “How can we build a stronger brand, reach more customers and grow the business?” This combination of brand strategy, content, market insight and business growth is also reflected in current senior marketing roles.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, business development or business growth.

Strong strategic and creative thinking.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Able to independently generate and execute marketing ideas.

Experience in both online and offline marketing.

Business-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and sales.
