Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Property Lead to handle commercial property requirements and coordinate with clients, businesses, and property owners. The role involves understanding requirements, sourcing suitable properties, arranging site visits, managing follow-ups, and supporting transactions through closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle commercial property requirements from clients and businesses.
- Understand requirements such as location, budget, size, property type, and usage.
- Source and identify suitable commercial properties.
- Coordinate with property owners, landlords, tenants, and clients.
- Onboard new commercial properties and collect complete property details.
- Match available properties with client requirements.
- Arrange property visits and coordinate site inspections.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and property owners.
- Maintain updated property and client records.
- Assist with negotiations between clients and property owners.




- Coordinate with internal teams to move requirements forward.
- Manage multiple commercial property requirements at the same time.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and business clients.
- Track enquiries, site visits, negotiations, and ongoing transactions.
- Support the team in converting commercial property enquiries into successful transactions.

Requirements

- Any Degree; MBA is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate, commercial property, sales, or business development.
- Good understanding of the Bengaluru commercial real estate market.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle clients and property owners professionally.
- Comfortable with client meetings and property visits.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
