Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers, helping them find products they need
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service
- Promoting slow-moving products in addition to other items
- Sales and cashiering — scanning, billing, cash/card/UPI reconciliation, daily till report
- Maintaining stock, visual merchandising (VM) display, keeping products accessible and appealing
- Collecting customer feedback and communicating to management for service improvement
Qualifications:
- Plus Two / Graduation (Any stream) — 10/12/Degree accepted
- 0-2years retail selling / cashier experience — freshers also can apply
- Pleasant personality, able to work on shift basis / weekends
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
