Job Summary

VLCC is looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Beauty Head to lead the Beauty team and manage Beauty operations at the centre.

The role will be responsible for driving sales, customer satisfaction, team performance, operational excellence, and profitability while ensuring VLCC service standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and profitability targets for the Beauty department.
- Lead and manage the Beauty team to improve performance and service quality.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all Beauty services, equipment, rooms, and processes follow company SOPs.
- Monitor Beauty appointments, client records, service execution, and package validity.
- Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of Beauty, Derma, Product, and Slimming services.
- Plan and support promotional and sales events.
- Monitor product consumption, stock, and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct staff meetings, training, grooming, work allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Support recruitment, induction, and orientation of new Beauty staff.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head, Corporate Office,



and other teams as required.
- Be willing to work in shifts and support outdoor promotional activities when required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Beauty, Skin and Hair services.
- Hands-on experience in Beauty/Skin/Hair services.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
- Ability to manage a Beauty team and centre operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts and take additional responsibilities.

Education & Experience

Qualification: BDS/Doctor / Dermatologist / Cosmetologist with additional qualifications in Hair & Skin. Relevant candidates from the Beauty industry, including trainers or direct-sales professionals, may also be considered.

Experience: Minimum 4–7 years in a related field.
