About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and handle customer communication, relationship management, and sales support. Freshers are welcome to apply.

The role involves communicating with leads and customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products, following up regularly, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer and lead communication through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer queries and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain customer and lead details accurately.
- Support customer onboarding and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned customer engagement and sales targets.

Requirements





- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in customer relationship, sales, telecalling, business development, or inside sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English + Hindi OR English + Tamil is required.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Good convincing, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented setting.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of stock market, trading, algo trading, FinTech, financial products, or software products will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
