Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
* Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
* Build good relationships with guests and provide personalized service.
* Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest requirements.
* Follow up on guest feedback and ensure satisfaction.
* Assist with VIP and special-occasion arrangements.
* Maintain guest preferences and service records.
* Promote hotel facilities and services when appropriate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
