About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy and process-driven Specialist – Recruitment Automation & CRM to revolutionize how we engage, nurture, and convert top talent. In this role, you will be the system owner and operational backbone for our Recruitment CRM and ATS automation workflows.
You will design smart email drip campaigns, build automated workflows, leverage AI tools, and ensure our talent databases remain clean, segmented, and actionable. If you love building efficient systems, configuring workflows, and utilizing technology to elevate the recruiter and candidate experience, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities1. CRM Administration & Data Integrity
- Serve as the primary administrator and power user for the Talent Acquisition CRM (e.g., Beamery, Phenom, Salesforce, or equivalent) and integrated ATS modules.
- Oversee database health, data hygiene, deduplication protocols, GDPR/compliance standards, and accurate candidate tagging/segmentation.
- Manage user roles, permissions, integrations, and ongoing vendor configurations to ensure seamless technical operations.
2. Workflow Automation & Nurture Campaigns
- Design, build, and execute automated candidate nurture workflows, trigger-based email sequences, and re-engagement campaigns for active and passive talent pools.
- Configure conversational AI chatbots, automated scheduling tools, and instant pre-screening workflows to reduce time-to-engage.
- Partner with recruitment marketing and employer branding teams to deploy targeted messaging across pipelines based on role type, location, and seniority.
3. Process Optimization & User Enablement
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment lifecycle and implement automated solutions to streamline manual, repetitive tasks for recruiters.
- Create training documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and conduct enablement sessions to upskill the TA team on CRM features and best practices.
- Monitor adoption rates and compliance with CRM usage across the recruitment team.
4. Analytics,
Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain real-time CRM dashboards and reporting scorecards tracking key metrics (e.g., talent pool growth, email open/response rates, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and CRM source-of-hire).
- Conduct regular A/B testing on communication templates, subject lines, and outreach times to continually improve candidate response rates.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to TA leadership on talent pipeline health and sourcing efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Marketing Operations, or as an HR Tech/CRM Administrator.
- Proven hands-on experience configuring and managing advanced recruitment CRMs (e.g., Beamery, Phenom, Bullhorn, or equivalent) and integrated Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in building multi-step automation workflows, trigger-based emailing, and database segmentation.
- Familiarity with sourcing automation tools, LinkedIn Recruiter System Integrations (RSI), and browser extensions.
- Basic understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) related to candidate data management.
- Strong Excel / data analytics skills (SQL or basic data visualization tools are a plus).
- Soft Skills:
- High attention to detail with a rigorous focus on data quality and operational accuracy.
- Solid problem-solving mindset and ability to translate recruitment challenges into technical configurations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to train and support a diverse recruiting team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
