Job Description:-

Sukruth Group, a real estate developer based in Bhiwandi, is looking for a Tele Caller Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, providing information about our real estate projects, following up with leads, and coordinating site visits.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Introduce and explain Sukruth Group's real estate projects to customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and site visits.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate project information.

Requirements:-

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
