Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Flutter Trainer to join our team and deliver practical, industry-focused training in Flutter and mobile application development.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Flutter, Dart, Firebase, REST APIs, and mobile app development, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct instructor-led training sessions on Flutter and Dart.
- Teach students/trainees to build real-world Android and iOS applications using Flutter.
- Explain Flutter concepts including widgets, layouts, state management, navigation, API integration, and responsive UI development.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and real-time projects.
- Guide trainees in debugging, testing, and optimizing Flutter applications.
- Mentor learners and help them improve their coding and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare training materials, project tasks, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development technologies.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Hands-on experience developing Flutter applications.
- Knowledge of Firebase, REST APIs, JSON,



Git, and third-party API integration.
- Understanding of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
- Experience with Android/iOS application development and deployment.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional Flutter development experience.
- Prior experience as a Flutter Trainer, Technical Trainer, Mentor, or Instructor is preferred.
- Experience working on live/production Flutter projects.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science/IT is a plus.
