Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Banking Chat Process in Noida.

The role involves handling customer queries through chat and providing accurate and professional resolutions while following process and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of International BPO Chat experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with only Domestic BPO or non-BPO experience will not be considered.
- Solid written English communication skills with C1-level proficiency.
- Good grammar, sentence formation and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates with International Voice + Chat experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and clear written communication.
- Follow quality, process and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Complete required follow-ups within defined timelines.

Salary

- 6–12 months experience: ₹24,000–₹26,000 + ₹3,000 PLI after training
- 13–24 months experience: ₹28,000–₹29,000 + ₹4,000 PLI after training
- 24+ months experience: Up to ₹32,000 + ₹4,000 PLI after training

Salary will be offered based on relevant experience, previous salary and interview performance, subject to company norms.

Selection Process

- HR Round
- Operations Round
- Typing Test – 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- SHL Assessment – 70%
- Final Interview – Face-to-Face or Virtual

Other Requirements

- Immediate joiners and candidates with 0–5 days notice period are preferred.
- Hiring zone: Candidates residing within 30 km of Noida.
- Uttam Nagar and Dwarka are excluded from the hiring/cab zone.
- Cab facility is available within the applicable 30 km zone, subject to company policies.
- Candidates already residing in or around Noida will be preferred.
- Candidates planning to relocate to Noida may not be preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
