Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Logistics Process Consultant to analyze optimize and transform endtoend procurement sales support resource onboarding time booking approvals budget governance and purchase order management processes

The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders project managers procurement teams finance departments logistics teams and executive leadership to understand current operational challenges and recommend improvements that significantly reduce PO processing time while maintaining governance and compliance requirements

A key focus area will be the assessment of the existing AribatoSAP procurement process where extended approval chains are causing delays in PO issuance consultant onboarding project execution and budget utilization The consultant will identify process bottlenecks conduct workshops with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels and design practical solutions that improve efficiency while maintaining financial and operational controls
