Role Overview

As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements. You will work closely with clients, hiring managers, account managers, implementation partners, and candidates to identify, qualify, and close the right talent.

The role involves hands-on sourcing, technical screening, candidate engagement, rate negotiation, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding across C2C and W2 hiring models.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process from requirement understanding and sourcing through screening, submission, interview coordination, negotiation, offer, and onboarding.
- Analyze technical job descriptions and understand required skills, experience, location, work authorization, and other hiring criteria.
- Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, ATS databases, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.




- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming US IT requirements.
- Conduct initial technical and professional screening to assess candidate suitability before submission.
- Work primarily on C2C and W2 requirements, with an understanding of 1099 and other US employment models.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to improve engagement and joining ratios.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, address candidate concerns, and drive the process toward closure.
- Negotiate compensation/rates with candidates while aligning with client requirements and business margins.
- Collaborate with direct clients, System Integrators, implementation partners, vendors, and internal account/delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in the ATS and ensure timely updates on submissions, interviews, offers, and starts.
- Meet individual and team targets for submissions, interviews, closures, and placements.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Experience with US staffing, consulting, or agency recruitment; exposure to SI hiring is an advantage.




- Good understanding of common US IT roles, technologies, job descriptions, and technical skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
- Strong understanding of US staffing terminology and employment models, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Familiarity with US work authorization categories such as H-1B, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD, OPT, and CPT.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up skills, ownership, and a results-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
