Job Responsibilities – Turner / Lathe Operator

- Operate and set up conventional lathe machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, grooving, and boring operations.
- Select and use appropriate cutting tools, holders, and measuring instruments.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, etc.
- Maintain required accuracy and surface finish as per drawing specifications.
- Inspect finished components and ensure quality standards are followed.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the machine and work area clean.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while operating machinery.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to resolve machining-related issues.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient machine utilization.
- Follow production targets, work instructions, and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
