Role :Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Functional Manager HR and SCM

Experience :12-16 years of ERP consulting including 8-10 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO especially payroll

MustHave Skills:

Endtoend D365 FO HR implementations

Strong payroll and HiretoRetire experience

HR modules including recruitment employee selfservice leave performance training skills organization structure payroll and compensation

Functional expertise in D365 FO and Dynamics AX 2012 R3

System configuration data migration and user adoption

Solution architecture fitgap analysis and process mapping

Visual Studio LCS Power Platform and Azure DevOps

Leadership of large teams and global implementations

Strong client and stakeholder

GoodtoHave Skills:

SCM processes covering P2P and O2C

Inventory warehousing transportation master planning and demand forecasting

Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI

Azure Services and thirdparty integrations

Multicountry and multientity rollouts

MB330 certification

Mentoring workshop facilitation and client demonstrations
