We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams regarding admissions.
Requirements
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling, or a related field.
- Education: Any degree or Plus two
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive knowledge of Malayalam and English; additional languages will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
