Real Estate Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Real Estate Representative to join our growing agency. In this role, you will guide buyers, sellers, and investors through every stage of the real estate transaction process. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging market knowledge and strong negotiation skills to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and sellers, understanding their property needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to help clients determine competitive property pricing and investment values.

Property Showings: Coordinate, schedule, and lead property tours, highlighting key features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits.

Transaction Management: Guide clients through negotiations, contract drafting, counteroffers, and closings in collaboration with escrow and legal teams.

Lead Generation: Network locally, utilize digital marketing channels,



and follow up with leads to build a robust and active client pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills

Licensing: Active state real estate license (or willingness to obtain one prior to employment).

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong negotiation prowess.

Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions, appointments, and deadlines simultaneously.

Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
