*Job Purpose*

To ensure the timely availability and effective distribution of products, and other operational materials required by studios. The role involves inventory management at the Head Office, stock reporting, dispatch coordination, documentation, E-way bill generation, and preparation of consumption reports to support purchase planning and uninterrupted studio operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Fulfill and coordinate product requirements of all studios on a timely basis.
- Maintain accurate stock records at Head Office and submit monthly inventory reports including reviewing Physical Verification of Stock of all Studios including variance noticed on Physical verification of Stock.
- Manage, maintain, and dispatch uncut and cut skins and product to studios as per protocols .
- Co-ordinate with Accounts Team for Generation of E-way bills and maintain required documentation for imported products and skins.
- Prepare product-wise consumption reports and share them with the Management or Inventory Head for Purchase Order planning on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis.




- Coordinate with Studio, Purchase, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth inventory and dispatch operations.
- Monitor stock levels, reconcile inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.

*Required Skills and Competencies*

- Strong inventory management and stock control skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and dispatch coordination.
- Monitoring & Controlling Inventory of all Studio and Reports
- Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management software, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of stock reconciliation and consumption analysis.
- Basic knowledge of GST documentation and E-way bill generation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Ability to manage multiple studio requirements and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
