Job Overview

We are looking for a Jr. Mechanical Engineer to support project management and site execution activities for industrial projects. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project teams in coordinating site activities, monitoring progress, handling project documentation, and supporting mechanical installation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical works.
- Support site supervision of mechanical installation, equipment erection, piping, structural and utility works as applicable to the project.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site teams, and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and project documents.
- Assist in tracking project quantities, measurements, material requirements, and contractor work progress.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and project documentation.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover activities.
- Ensure execution activities follow approved drawings,



project specifications, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

Qualification & Key Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in project execution, site engineering, or mechanical project coordination.
- Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, fabrication, erection, and industrial project execution.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documents.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office for project tracking and reporting.
- Exposure to MS Project or Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
- Good command of English and Hindi
