Job Description – Client Relationship Executive
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining solid relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding client requirements, handling customer queries, making regular follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying business opportunities, supporting sales activities, preparing client updates, maintaining customer records, and achieving assigned targets. Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills are required. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
