About the Role

Sisco Energy Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Engineer – Quality Assurance to join our Quality Assurance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in quality systems, audits, documentation, and manufacturing quality management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Quality Assurance documents including ITPs, Quality Procedures, FMEA, and Inspection Checklists.
- Support the management of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and customer complaints.
- Assist in Internal, Customer, and Supplier Audits.
- Verify Inspection Test Certificates (ITC), Job Cards, Supplier ITPs, and related quality documents.
- Maintain quality records and documentation as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Design, and other departments to ensure quality compliance.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality management activities.

Qualifications

- B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Solid attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Criteria

- CGPA 7.8 and above
- Willingness to commit to a 3-year service agreement.
- Candidates residing near Tiruchirappalli / Mathur will be preferred.
