Job Description – Site Supervisor & Sales:

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Site Supervisor & Sales Executive to

oversee interior project execution while generating new business opportunities. The ideal

candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of interior works, excellent customer

relationship skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal

teams to ensure timely project completion and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

* Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings

and project specifications.

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and

other site teams.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the scheduled timeline.

* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.

* Verify measurements and prepare site reports.

* Resolve on-site issues and communicate project updates to management.

* Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.

* Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and project documentation.

Sales & Business Development

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals,

architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.

* Meet prospective customers and understand their interior requirements.

* Present company products and services professionally.

* Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and proposals in coordination with the estimation

team.





* Follow up with clients until order closure.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel

partners.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the

CRM.

Client Coordination

* Attend client meetings and site visits.

* Provide regular project status updates to clients.

* Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and finishing materials.

* Valuable understanding of modular furniture, Vanity, Cabinet , LED Mirrors, wall

panels, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and decorative products.

* Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Time management and multitasking.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Qualification





* Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or

any relevant field.

* Candidates with sales experience in the interior industry may also apply.

Experience

* 2–5 years of experience in interior project supervision and/or sales.

* Experience in modular furniture, commercial interiors, residential interiors, or fit-out

projects is preferred.
