About the Role

We are looking for an Embedded Systems Trainer / Mentor with 1–2 years of practical experience to conduct online training sessions and mentor our interns.

The trainer will help learners build a strong foundation in embedded systems and develop practical knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded programming, hardware interfacing, and real-world embedded applications.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity requiring only 2 hours per week, making it suitable for embedded systems engineers, firmware developers, electronics professionals, and industry practitioners who enjoy teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 2 hours of online Embedded Systems training per week.
- Explain embedded systems concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
- Provide practical knowledge of:
- Embedded Systems Fundamentals
- Microcontrollers & Microprocessors
- Embedded C / C Programming
- Digital & Analog Electronics Basics
- GPIO, Timers, Interrupts & PWM
- UART, SPI, I²C and other communication protocols
- Sensors & Actuators
- Hardware Interfacing
- Firmware Development
- Debugging & Troubleshooting
- RTOS Fundamentals
- IoT & Embedded Applications
- Use real-world examples and practical case studies.




- Guide learners through hands-on exercises and embedded projects.
- Help learners understand hardware-software integration.
- Explain debugging approaches and common embedded-system challenges.
- Address learner questions and provide constructive feedback.
- Introduce learners to relevant development tools, platforms, and industry practices.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Embedded Systems, Firmware Development, Electronics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of C/C++ and microcontrollers.
- Familiarity with hardware interfacing and communication protocols.
- Knowledge of embedded development and debugging tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting online training sessions.

Compensation & Engagement

- ₹500 per hour
