Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in identifying and hiring top talent across various roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill open positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, and career goals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate with HR operations for documentation and onboarding processes.




- Stay updated with recruitment trends and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
- Target-oriented approach with strong time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT Recruitment / US Staffing / Corporate Hiring.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience handling bulk hiring and niche skill hiring.

- Positions closed within given timelines.
- Quality and retention of hires.
- Candidate sourcing and interview conversion ratio.
- Offer acceptance and joining ratio.
- Recruitment turnaround time (TAT).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
