Profile- : Executive Finance – Import & Export Functions
Experience – 2-5 years
Ctc- 8-10 lpa
Working days -5-Day Work Week

Job Purpose:Manage end-to-end import and export activities, ensuring timely customs clearance, regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, overseas payments, export realization, and coordination with internal teams, CHAs, freight forwarders, banks, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate import/export shipments with suppliers, CHAs, freight forwarders, and banks.
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation, marine insurance, BOE, LC/DP documents, and regulatory filings.
- Process overseas supplier payments, import MIRO entries in SAP, and invoice bookings.
- Track export proceeds, generate e-BRCs, and manage RoDTEP/Duty Drawback benefits.
- Handle SIMS registrations, GR Waiver applications, and documentation for foreign remittances.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, FEMA, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting requirements.

Experience & Skills Required





- 2 to 5 years of experience in Import & Export Operations, Logistics, Customs, DGFT, International Trade, or Commercial functions.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP
- Knowledge of customs procedures, DGFT regulations, export incentives, and foreign remittances.
- Robust communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
