We are looking for an Admission Lead to lead and manage the B2C admissions sales team, drive student enrollments, and achieve admission targets. The role involves managing leads, monitoring team performance, guiding counsellors, handling key student/parent interactions, and improving the overall sales conversion funnel. The candidate should have solid leadership, communication, sales, negotiation, and team-management skills, preferably with experience in education or B2C sales.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
