Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver IT projects successfully. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with development, technical, and business teams, managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring projects are delivered according to requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective actions.
- Manage project resources, priorities, and budgets.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure quality standards and client/business requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage changes in project scope and requirements.
- Ensure proper testing, deployment,



and project closure.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.

Required Skills

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project-management certification is an advantage.
- 3–7 years of relevant IT project management experience.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
