- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that merge sales pipelines with promotional campaigns.

Sales Leadership

- Direct the sales team to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Oversee lead generation, deal structuring, contract negotiations, and closing processes.
- Build and manage high-value client accounts, partnerships, and channel networks. [1, 2]

Marketing Oversight

- Supervise digital marketing, brand positioning, advertising, public relations, and content teams.
- Manage multi-channel promotional plans across online and offline mediums.
- Monitor return on investment (ROI) for all advertising spend and lead-generation campaigns. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Team Management & Collaboration

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate high-performing sales and marketing personnel.
- Coordinate closely with product development, finance, and customer success departments.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance; Master of Business Administration (MBA) is strongly preferred. [1]
- Experience: 8 to 15 years of progressive commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing both functions. [1]
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial forecasting.
- Expertise with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team-building attributes
- Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and consumer insights to pivot tactics.
- Set short- and long-term financial objectives, sales quotas, and revenue forecasts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
