Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager with 9+ years of experience in the Salon & Spa industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, improving customer experience, achieving revenue targets, maintaining service quality and ensuring smooth and profitable branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily salon and spa operations efficiently.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor salon therapists, stylists, beauticians, receptionists and support staff.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales, revenue and customer retention targets.
- Monitor daily appointments, walk-ins, bookings and staff schedules.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming and discipline.
- Maintain inventory of salon/spa products, equipment and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement of required products.
- Implement SOPs for hygiene, safety, service quality and operational efficiency.
- Track daily sales, expenses, memberships, packages and operational reports.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase customer acquisition and repeat visits.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and customer preferences.
- Ensure the salon/spa maintains a premium, clean, hygienic and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with management regarding business performance and improvement plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 9+ years of relevant experience in Salon, Spa, Beauty, Wellness or Hospitality Operations.
- Strong knowledge of salon and spa business operations.
- Proven experience in team management and revenue generation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of sales, memberships, packages, and promotions.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Solid organizational and decision-making skills.
- Professional grooming and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate

An energetic, customer-focused and commercially driven professional who can independently manage end-to-end salon and spa operations, build a high-performing team, and contribute to business growth.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
