About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Operations & Logistics Trainee to gain hands-on experience in business operations, vendor management, inventory, procurement, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Final Year students from Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related backgrounds
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced business operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day business operations and process coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain inventory records, stock movement, and tracking.
- Assist in procurement, order processing, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational data.
- Track deliveries,



dispatches, and logistics activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth cross-functional execution.
- Identify operational issues and support process improvements.

Compensation:

- Training Stipend: ₹15,100/month
