Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of an ethnic wear retail store in Firozabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing an ethnic wear, traditional wear, men's wear, women's wear, or fashion retail store.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Handle customer interactions, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory, stock receiving, stock checking, and replenishment.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of ethnic wear products.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.




- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Train and motivate sales staff to improve store performance.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in store management or retail sales.
- Experience in managing ethnic wear stores is highly preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of ethnic/fashion retail products and customer handling.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations independently.
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and computer operations.
- Candidates from Firozabad or nearby areas will be preferred.

Compensation

₹18,000/month + Attractive Sales Incentives
