BIM Engineer

Experience: 2+ years | Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer with strong expertise in Revit and Navisworks to develop accurate BIM models and construction documentation for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop BIM models to LOD 300–400 as per project requirements.
- Produce 2D drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from 3D models.
- Coordinate models with Architects, Engineers, and BIM Coordinators.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and coordination feedback.
- Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and naming conventions.
- Conduct model quality checks and ensure accuracy and compliance.




- Support and mentor junior BIM modelers.
- Manage linked models, file imports/exports, and BIM deliverables.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of BIM modeling experience, including 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Valuable understanding of BIM standards, LOD, clash detection, and coordination.
- Experience with large-scale or complex projects preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
