- Prepare and bake breads, rolls, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and senior bakery/pastry chefs in daily production.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to standard recipes.
- Prepare mise en place for daily bakery production.
- Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, dough sheeters, and other bakery equipment safely.
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, texture, appearance, and portion sizes.
- Assist with bakery requirements for restaurants, buffets, banquets, and room service.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
