We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, campaign planning, market research, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital, social media, email, content, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communication initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer, competitor, and industry trends.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, business development, and leadership teams.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through effective marketing programs.
- Oversee content development, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Track marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
- Identify recent marketing channels, partnerships,



and growth opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with managerial responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Solid analytical, strategic, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools is preferred.
