Qualification :

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial building projects

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate residential and commercial building construction works.
- Manage project execution according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, consultants, and other project teams.
- Review and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare and check project estimates and quantities.
- Coordinate building permit and approval procedures.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and procedures.

Required Skills & Priority Knowledge

Priority will be given to candidates with valuable knowledge of

- Building construction procedures
- Plan and drawing reading
- Estimation and quantity calculation
- Building permit procedures Ksmart procedures .

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
