Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 day per week, preferably Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, patient, and compassionate Trainer / Behavioral Therapist / Caregiver to provide one-on-one support to a client. The role involves behavioral support, daily engagement, assistance with prescribed exercises, social interaction, and accompanying the client during outdoor activities and public outings.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in ADHD support, behavioral support, caregiving, therapy assistance, special education, psychology, or related areas is highly preferred.
- Should be patient, responsible, calm, and compassionate.
- Ability to build a positive and trusting rapport with the client.
- Should be able to manage behavioral situations, emotional outbursts, and anger-related situations calmly and effectively.
- Comfortable accompanying the client to outdoor activities and public places.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent engagement and follow structured daily routines.
- Willingness to work according to the required timings and employment terms.

Roles & Responsibilities





The selected candidate will be responsible for providing continuous support to the client, including:

- Accompanying and supporting the client from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Supporting behavioral therapy activities and prescribed exercises.
- Helping manage sudden emotional outbursts and anger-related situations.
- Encouraging positive behavioral responses and daily engagement.
- Accompanying the client to outdoor activities and public places.
- Supporting social interaction and exposure to different environments.
- Maintaining consistent engagement and structured daily activities.
- Encouraging appropriate communication, participation, and social behavior.
- Providing patient, calm, and attentive support throughout working hours.
- Ensuring the client's safety and well-being during activities and outings.
- Maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality regarding the client and family.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
