Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom/branch.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about products and services.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in jewellery sales, gold purchase, exchange, and related transactions.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
- Handle basic calculations, billing, and customer documentation.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with prospective customers.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper presentation and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Ensure all customer transactions and documentation are handled accurately.
- Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and operations teams whenever required.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, jewellery, gold sale or purchase, or a related field.
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduate candidates preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of basic calculations.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
